Our roots lie in the historic city of Dholpur, Until 1980, estate of Dholpur was known for its Tigers and a preferred place among many dignitaries to shoot tigers. Being based on the banks of river Chambal, estate has rich Aves Fauna and support two crocodilian species - Mugger and Gharial.
Understanding the potential of the place, the royal family of Dholpur under able guidance of Current Prince Shri Dushyant Singh Ji and his wife Niharika Raje mark the beginning of “Niyant Heritage Hotel Private Limited”.
Our First - Raj Niwas Palace, Dholpur was launched as a heritage hotel in year 2007. Idea was to make the guest aware about the richness of the region in every respect and start a culture of wildlife conservation & awareness in the area. During our expansion programs we manage to add few feathers to our cap under the brand name of “Dholpur Palaces & Lodges”, with our core focus of Wildlife Conservation.

For most of us Bandhav Vilas, Bandhavgarh is our second home. Acquired in the year 2015, this place has serenity in it which derives all of us towards it.
